Know Your Worth - 4 Week intensive - Kicks of 8 May 2023

This is a 4 week Program run via a Facebook Group.

We go into the science of psychology and what happens in the brain. We touch on law of attraction and spiritual growth and tie this into self love, empowerment and truly knowing yourself on a deeper level.

You will get to know yourself and connect with yourself on a level you have not before. Know Yourself beyond the programming and trauma, and memories and beliefs that ultimately do not belong to you but were given to you and replayed in your life again and again.

Week 1 - Setting Intentions and building awareness. 5 Videos and 5 Tools to implement. Power Pulse Tool and importance of this. Connection with yourself

Week 2 - Clearing barriers and reprogramming your mind for self-worth. Releasing disempowering beliefs.

Week 3 - Victim mentality - Understanding this and how to release. Inner Child and Forgiveness Tools bringing you out of the shadows and into the light.

Week 4 - Tool and Strategies moving forward. 4 Videos on new tools to consolidate your growth. Power Statements and practices, Key Meditation and Inner work to consider, Promise of Empowerment.
